Commisioning, with factory (FAT) and site testing (SAT), start-up activities: Omama Technologies ensures the necessary training for all the operations and for the right maintenance of the lines at the start-up. The customized training raises any concerns, for instance how the equipment works in critical situations or how to operate for effective sanitization/sterilization. We respect the standards of good manufacturing practice (cGMP) with special attention to risk assessment and verification procedures.
Omama Validation, a strictly documented procedure
The Validation Master Plan serves to make sure that equipment and procedures, that may affect the quality of the product, are fully validated. The Plan contains the principles which comply during the validation, and programs activities to be carried out; all critical devices must be identified and validated and inspected according manufacturer’s instructions. Omama works with international partners, to provide the finest materials and to build a correct API supply chain.
